Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership (LEAP) - This program uses federal and state funds to provide need-based grants to academically qualified students. LOSFA allocates funds to postsecondary institutions, which include Louisiana colleges/universities, technical institutes and proprietary schools, based upon the school's prior fall enrollment.
Tuition Opportunity Program for Students (TOPS) - This is a very lengthy and involved program, visit the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance for more information.
